When Solarcity contacted me a year ago I was told that I will save money on my energy bill. They requested my Electric bills with several months history in order to provide me with a "better" rate. I'm a busy man and travel all the time, so I relied on the trustworthiness and professionalism of Solarcity, which they betrayed! It turned out that my rates were higher than my provider and I only noticed that now, as I started receiving higher bills due to longer sun hours. In total I'm paying more in total electric cost than what Solracity has promised. The rates of my electric providers were $0.12/KWh last year and they're $0.0829/Wwh today, Solarcity is charging me $0.142/KWh...this herrendous! It's a ponzi scheme! They should lower the current rates or come take their ugly solar panels from my roof!

SolarCity called me and they're willing to revisit my account and make adjustments at the 1st year anniversary. I appreciate that they took the initiative to call and have me explain the current issue. I still think they need to train their customer support who will give straight from the book answers, unlike the customer relations manager who called me to solve this matter, who was very professional and courteous. Again many thanks SolarCity.
