Rusty Howard wrote up the contract for the solar system. This occurred in August,2 015. There was no visible computation of the number of panels needed for system to function properly, He pulled the 3 kilowatt figure seemingly out of the air. I think you would get better sales closures by doing a little more acting in computing the total amount of kilowatt hours needed. I am sure that this type of installation is fairly standard. How much variation could there be in double wide mobile homes. <br />Once the contract was signed, the permits were approved on 10/13/2015. This seem to be an unnecessarily long time to get county approval. Once the project was started, it was in progress until just before 12/25/2015. This was due to supplies for use in installing the panels were not on the truck, some in climate weather, and over extended work on other jobs. This was very frustrating and would definitely lead someone to question the quality of the work. However, once they crew go It a together the workmanship was just fine. The other frustrating aspect or their work was the lack of communication when questions were raised. Numerous times, I was told someone would call or show up at the residence but the contact was never made. Much improvement could be made in this area of business,
