Getting something installed as large as solar is more than just putting up panels on your roof. You have to look at what Panels they are using, and other hardware they are using. First our sales man went through hardware and warranties. Explaining why they were good company to work with. We had them switch panels which they were very flexible on.<br />Once the install started the works would would all day even shoveling snow off the roof and working late into the dark to get the job done as quickly and safely as possible. However they did leave some small pieces of metal which were found on the ground once the snow melted. This could have been due to working in the snow and in the dark. <br />Everything was installed before the dead line and the process was painless. We even just had our first month without a power bill.
