The salesperson told my husband that if we have to have the roof replaced they would come, take the panels down, store them and then replace them at no charge to us (by the way, I know another person who went with Posigen and they were told the same thing, this was not just a misunderstanding). So about 2 years later, we have a severe storm in Tangipahoa and our roof leaks now. We called to have Posigen come out to takes the panels off the roof so that we can have our roof repaired, they promptly informed us that we have to pay $2500 to be put on the list to have the panels taken down. We are in a federally declared disaster zone with a leaking roof and they are determined not to take the solar panels down unless we give them $2500. So much for their word. This has caused so much stress on my husband that he has had a severe episode. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would discourage anyone from using them.
