This entire experience has been the best purchasing experience I have ever had. The customer service was amazing from consultation to installation to system maintenance (when out internet went down and they called to tell me our monitoring system was down).<br /><br />And the product itself has been awesome. It is outperforming what they had included in their estimate, and as for monitoring our electricity consumption- that alone has reduced our usage. It feels great to be reducing our carbon footprint, and it is really fun to watch it happen right before our eyes.
