After we replaced our roof in 2015, we decided this would be a great time to explore the feasibility of installing a solar electric system. Our roofer recommended that we call Nick Arceneaux with Universal Solar. Nick visited with us several times to design the PV system that best suited our needs. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. It was more affordable than we anticipated. We felt comfortable with the company and information presented so we decided to move forward with the system.<br /> <br />Universal's team went above and beyond to secure the Avalon Park HOA approval and set up the OUC solar application. The installation team, consisting of Jason, Chase, and Shaun, worked quickly and neatly to ensure the project was completed as per the original plan Nick designed for us. Once the installation was complete, inspections by both Orange County and OUC passed on the first visit. So far, the solar energy projections Nick promised to us have been accurate. This has been a great investment and we look forward to the continued clean solar energy savings for many decades to come.
