I contacted ARiES in January 2015 and by mid-July the installation of my 6.3 kW solar panels were in place and generating. I can't express my gratitude to the ARiES professional staff that made this process seamless. All I did was sign some documents and write a couple of checks. ARiES did all the do diligence communication and paperwork with TVA and my electricity provider application forms! After 8 months of flawless service I haven't had any problems! In fact, when I changed out my wi-fi recently with about a 2 week delay in reception, an ARiES engineer called me to ask if there was a problem with my system! I can't say enough good things about my experience with ARiES.
