During the sales process, we went through everything to address all my questions and concerns. More importantly, they guided me away from the overly large system I was originally thinking of having to the appropriate size for my needs and they explained why, even though it would have benefited them not to. The installation was problem free. After the installation, there was a very large snow storm that ripped off my critter guard which they repaired free of charge.
