REPOWER by Solar Universe Northeast PA was simply put, professional throughout the whole process.<br />Few years ago, before the commitment, they came out and educated us based on a survey of the house, roof, and current state/federal rebates available. They took the time to come up with 2 very detailed quotes and were able to answer all of our questions.<br />After commitment, we had a very fast, no problem install and the lender they suggested had great rates available, which was a smooth process as well.<br /><br />Being a few years have gone by, we have had only 1 panel out of 53 start to under perform. Tony came out and confirmed the panel was under warranty and replaced it without any involved or cost to me!<br /><br />Conclusion, we are very happy with REPOWER, the brands they work with, and the overall process from sales to service.
