From the initial call put in to Positive Energy Solar excellent service was provided. Our sales representative, Sean Torres, was very thorough in his initial assessment of the system for what we needed, which was refreshing since a rep from another company, felt our job was too small and only provided an exorbitant price. The design visit was very thorough, and all the Positive Energy Solar folks we dealt with honestly let us know what we would be getting, how it would be installed, and timelines for our planning as well. Throughout the entire project, and beyond, we felt we were informed. Sean was also extremely helpful in guiding us through the paper work to have the system approved, and importantly, to apply for the federal and state tax rebates. After speaking with others on their experiences with other solar companies, we highly recommend Positive Energy Solar.
