I was extremely pleased with the pre, during, and post interactions and service. The references were willing to answer my questions, Reeves was always available by phone and email to answer my questions, as were Dave and Andy when Reeves was not there. Everything was done according to the plan and there were only three times when work was not completed exactly on time -- and all of those times were because of the supplier, the electrical inspector, or PUD, not because of A&R. This company lived up to their promises, and even more so. I appreciated how they kept me informed of when there were any changes to the original timetable or schedule- they were wonderfully respectful of my time and expectation. I would recommend them to whoever whats to install solar panels.<br />I will be glad to do this survey, but it needs to be after I`ve had them in operation for a while.
