We chose Black Platinum from 6 quotes we got from other installers, even though John's wasn't the lowest (second lowest). We chose him because of the time he spent with us explaining the technologies involved and options available to us and really educating us on solar. He took care of all the necessary paperwork with APS and our panels were installed in just a few months from contract signing. John has been great in monitoring our system and letting us know if there are any problems with any panels or inverters and correcting the problem quickly. We had some additional panels installed a few years after our original installation to bring us up to 83 panels, enough to cover our full electricity requirements. We have recommended John to friends and family on numerous occasions and several of them have also contracted with Black Platinum.
