My family is very satisfied with our solar installation by Monolith on our house last Spring....the process started with a clear explanation of the processes/costs involved by their solar energy consultant John H. and ended with beautiful panels that reduce our energy costs every day!<br /><br />During the process we had to revise our plans, and at every step of the way John was helping in explaining and providing information, and he even went so far to recommend some dependable and reasonably priced tree trimmers who we used. Whenever we called or emailed there was a prompt response. Any paperwork that needed to be reviewed or signed was done at the convenience of our home.<br /><br />The panels were installed quickly.<br /><br />John and his Monolith colleagues whom we have interacted with have always been a pleasure to work with and very professional...even when we scaled the size of the installation, they were very accommodating.
