Kenergy installed our system several years ago and while we have not had any problems, we did have problems with a lack of communications and responsiveness. During the installation phase the team was somewhat uncoordinated and the installation took months longer than anticipated. I recently contacted them because my monitor looked like it wasn't working. I wasn't sure if it was a monitor problem or a system problem. I never received a call back. Fortunately, the monitor started working again with a couple of hours and I have not had any other problems. However, I am concerned about what would happen if there was a real problem. I also called recently to see about having additional panels installed, again no responses as a result I have started contacting other installers.
