Review for Trinity Solar

Price is not everything...

On the surface it might look like you have been offered a great deal, but that deal comes at a much bigger price. Frankly it was a huge headache to work with Trinity Solar and I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews I found on line. I even brought up the reviews with my rep who had the nerve to tell me that they were statistically in insignificant when viewed against all the installs they had done. Even so where are all the happy customers???

Trinity was completely disorganized. They said they would take care of everything and I did not even need to be home till the install was about to happen. After I signed up they went silent. It had been 10 weeks when I got a call about a technician coming out to the house to take measurements. I had assumed that things had already been happening, but nothing had been happening. It took 6 MONTHS for them to start my installation! I had been told by my reps that most installations take 2 - 4 days once they begin. When they finally started the installation there were tons of guys here, for 1 day. Did they finish, NO. A week later were they finished, NO. Two weeks later were they finished, NO. It took just shy of 3 weeks for my system, which was small, to be installed. The whole process felt like a disorganized 3 ring circus.

Now I just have to hope that they can actually stay in business so that if I need a service call they can make good on what they promised. I have lots of neighbor with solar so know it will save me money. Save yourself a lot of stress and headaches, don't choose Trinity Solar.
