From the moment I read about Solar Up NH and ReVision Energy's part in the project, I felt confident that this was the right team, with the right materials, right knowledge and skills, and the customer service to back up their work. I also have felt that solar energy was the way to give back to Mother Earth. The installation crew went about their work with professionalism, friendliness and respect for the property. Everything they did from installing the panels to connecting them to the converter and hooking up communication to the modem, was left looking clean and neat. <br />I came into this project not really knowing anything about how solar energy worked, so I had lots of questions! Everyone I ever have spoken to at RE has been patient with my lack of knowledge and great at answering questions in an easily understandable way...no insider jargon and tech talk, just clear communication, which I particularly appreciate! I'm still asking questions and they all still seem happy to hear from me! <br />They also were wonderful as I moved through the permitting and rebate application processes, putting in an extra effort so I could take advantage of rebate and tax deadlines. All the paperwork was prepared and ready to be submitted to the proper department with usually only my signature needed. <br />And I'm having fun watching the monitoring of solar energy production each day (not that I need to, but because RE made it possible for me to do and it's addicting)! I love knowing that I'm reducing my carbon output in this way. ReVision Energy made it all easy...every step of the way!
