I signed the contract on Sept 14 was told it would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks, 13 1/2 weeks later we got to turn on our solar panels.<br />It took from Sept 14th to November 12th to get started on the installation, then from Nov 12th to Dec 17 to finish the project.<br />You would think with a company this large that this would be a no brainier as to how long each step takes, but it seems that the next step was not even thought of until the first step was finished.<br />Your communications need work, I had to send emails to find out what was going on. And the sad thing is I dont remember ever getting a response to MY email, I would get information about 4 or 5 days later.<br />The salesman was AWESOME he bent over backwards for us, but he is not in charge of installation.<br />When someone pays $20,000.00 for a product you would think they would let you know what was going on almost weekly.<br />We are excited to see if our investment is going to pay off as promised.
