I'm not sure why people get so upset about the process for. They are building a powerplant on your roof. Alex,(my rep) told me it could take a while and sometimes. It did, but eventually I got what I wanted, cheaper electricity. Love the monitoring ability. Game changer. Couldn't be happier.
