We were very unversed in the purchase of solar panels and Tad was a wonderful resource. He went over the many different options of manufacturers, pros and cons of USA made panels and warranty issues. He was remarkably patient with all our questions, and we had many. He also helped us navigate the payment options which were also complicated. When it came time for permits and documents needed for SCE to start up the system, they were on top of it every time; way before my email notifications of things that needed to be taken care of. And the best part is that my bill went from $550 to $85. Solar City had a crack at our house and just made a mess of it. Also the installer Johnny came every day until it was done but we hardly realized he was there; so clean and neat. We are obviously thrilled. Thank you California Sun Systems and Tad.
