Had several estimates. Seems there are some shady companies out there. Others wouldn't give me a written estimate because they were too afraid that I might show it to the competition. Checked Superior Solar on BBB & Yelp. Lots of positive reviews. Their written estimate was extremely detailed. They took care of the permits, filling out HOA architecture review material, contacting/arranging for utility company to make connections. Installers completed all the work in a day and 1/2. I'm happy I went with them.
