Poor Customer Service

Like others here, I had my solar system installed by Astrum Solar back in 2010. Their customer service was excellent and the arrays have performed flawlessly. I had recommended the company to others. <br /><br />Recently, I had the arrays removed and reinstalled in order to re-shingle the roof. The process of trying to generate a response from Direct Energy customer service is is exactly as described by the several reviewers giving the "Substandard" ratings.<br /><br />Calling the number for "new sales" works fine ( I tried it once) while calls to the number provided for "existing customers" or emails to the customer support address are routinely ignored.(tried dozens of times).
