When we started to do our homework about solar, I was convinced we did not need it. In doing my research, I found that our rising PG&E bill was NOT due to our usage but to their rate increases. So, we looked at this as an investment in our home and as a way to lower our monthly bills before retiring. We interviewed 3 companies, all very good with 5 star ratings. All quotes came in very close. We chose SUNPOWER by Hooked On Solar because of their customer service; specifically Christy at their Lincoln location. From start to finish they were professional, never tired of our many questions and handled everything from our homeowners association approval process to the permits and inspections required by the city. We can not say enough positive about our experience with Hooked On Solar. I would and have recommended them to our friends!
