SolarGaines gave solid advice, discussing installation and financing options and post-installation support. I was happy with every aspect of the installation process:<br /><br />-Very good information packets<br />-Responsive<br />-Highly professional<br />-Quick and trouble-free installation<br /><br />In the sub-ratings, I gave everything a 5/5 except quality of advice (4/5). It looks like we may have oversized our system relative to our needs (although we haven't had it for all seasons, yet). Also, while the certification and approval process is out of their hands, it took 6 weeks, which was a bit longer than I had expected.
