Universal Solar has exceeded our expectations. When we had additional questions, Nick Arceneaux made time in his schedule to come by and answer them. Jason Reale and Shaun Newell were professional and helpful. They corrected existing mistakes in our plumbing and electrical systems, making it all look and work perfectly, and they also carted off the old heater. Nothing was left out of place; everything looked far better than when they started. They were able to complete the job sooner than we anticipated. Even in cloudy, cool weather, we have already enjoyed swimming in late November and early December. We are so pleased to have a free, infinite source of heat for our winter swimming.
