I received multiple bids which all came in within $80 of each other, so pricing was eliminated from the decision. Not that knowledgeable of installers in the area, I felt comfortable with all 3 companies I requested bids through the sales process. It was easy for me to make an apples to apples comparison as I had researched what I wanted installed and requested the 3 companies to submit bids for my request and additionally offer-up their suggestion(s) and reasoning. I did not share earlier bids/amounts with later bidders. I went with (16) 285Watt SolarWorld Solar Panels,<br />(16) Enphase M250-60-2LL-S2X (-ZC) (-NA) (240V) and Enphase Envoy Monitoring. <br />AM Sun Solar was excellent throughout the process. I had a couple of questions after signing the contract and received replies the same day. The sales process was informative and non-pressured; the installers were extremely friendly and conscientious, and the overall work was exceptional. They even took a paint sample of the house and purchased matching paint to paint the conduit which ran from the roof-top grid down and around the house to the breaker panel. Overall, I don't know how they could have been any better equipped to do the work - excellent all the way.
