Customer Service (again)

Same complaint as Plumley Farms. Very expensive 133 panel/microinverter installation by Astrum. The Enphase m190's installed are not reliable; its been a constant drip, drip, drip of failures. I have to constantly monitor my array. Emails to customer service are seldom answered. It can be months before replacements are installed (currently have one microinverter which have been down since mid September and another since mid October PLUS I now have at least one additional microinverter which is severely under producing). Not counting these current three microinverters which are currently having issues I have had to have at least 10 replaced in the past year. Needless to say at the moment I am not happy and would not recommend.<br /><br />Unhappy in Derwood. Follow-up to my post of 11/17/2015. Promises but nada. Still waiting for replacements on units which failed back in September. High failure rates on the M190 microinverters used on my system. No responses to emails.
