All employee contact from Fire Mountain have been continually helpful, courteous, cheerful and ready to help in any way. Our first meeting for the appraisal was very enjoyable and all of the questions we had were answered. When the person arrived to measure the reception of sun on our roof and look at our panel, I was so impressed with the information that was obtained regarding the yearly pattern of sunlight. The installment of the panels only took 3 days. We now have Solar power! We also have the program on our computer to read the output of all the panels. Fire Mountain also monitors the panels for quality output and any irregularities that might need repair on the panels. They continue to check in and are happy to do so. We feel pleased to know that we are in good hands. <br />We are confident that we are making our carbon imprint less.
