I had a zillion questions about solar power. I had interviewed four other companies. No one else was able to suggest an appropriate system within our budget. I was about to give up, then I heard about Teakwood.<br /><br />After a great phone interview, we invited Trent to our home where he answered all zillion questions patiently and thoroughly. He really wanted us to understand what it does and how it works. He asked us questions to understand our needs and desires and explained the several options so we could choose the best one for us. He invited us to his company headquarters to see the panels on his roof and up close. That really helped us to understand what we were going to buy.<br /><br />This was a big investment, so I spoke in detail with several references. All told us what we found to be true. This is a wonderful family owned business. Trent, the owner, oversaw every step of the way. His professional background in both construction and electrics gave us confidence as he supervised a very professional team of installers. <br /><br />They came when he said they would. They protected our property from scuffs and mars, were polite and professional, and finished ahead of schedule. Office staff were equally professional and pleasant. The company delivered what they promised and exceeded our high expectations.<br /><br />The solar power system is working well. We love to check on how many watts we are generating, and on sunny days, watch the electric meter spin backwards!!! <br /><br />Great job Teakwood! I highly recommend this company!
