Completely satisfied with the pre-installation discussions (had as many discussions as I wanted with no sales pressure), the short interval between initial discussions and installation, and the ability of the installed system to zero-out our electric bill. There were no surprises and I enjoyed having the "whole family" take part in the installation process. A real family run business that is honest, efficient and very professional.
