Caitlin King from Direct Energy Solar has provided an outstanding service by helping me all the way from understanding my setup issues, guiding through the process (she in fact created a step by step guideline on how to establish a GATS account) and really being friendly and willing to help. I hardly if ever write reviews but her support and desire to assist are not negligible and must be acknowledged. Thank you
