Vince J. was great during the sales cycle, helping us pick the best system for our house. The installers did a great job as well: they were detail oriented and customer-focused, asking for my input on how I preferred certain setup and keeping me informed of their progress.<br /><br />I was a bit disappointed with the assigned Project Manager as he seemed more like the guy assigned to say, "no" or "may be" to many of our requests. The PM, unlike the rest of the gang, wasn't very customer-focused, trying to address our questions and needs. This lead to some questioning and minor aggravation, but nothing that slowed the project. <br /><br />Nevertheless, the team did a great job with the installation. Overall, we were very satisfied with the installation and are happy with the savings results.
