From the beginning of the project, All Energy guided us, kept us informed (more information than we could absorb) and listened to our energy needs, heeding our budget restraints. When winter had ebbed, construction began and went like clockwork. The team was friendly and exceptionally considerate of our rural property - actually a delight to have on site. The design of the array is handsome and surprisingly delicate in appearance and elegant to behold. And... it performed the instant the power company gave the green light. We can monitor our production from afar via a terrific Internet site, and still marvel at our "no payment due" electric bills. All Energy handled all the state and federal paperwork for rebates and credits: it was smooth, worry-free sailing for us. A real test of any company is when a problem arises. A problem arose: the fellow who hays our fields came one morning and announced that his equipment had clobbered a corner of the array, destroying a few panels and damaging the structural frame. Surprisingly the system was still operating, although at a reduced output due to the damaged panels. We were panicked - how would get the array fixed? All Energy responded quickly to our call, sent a team out to assess the damage and formulate a repair plan, gave us a quote for the repair work, and we're now in the process of returning the solar panel array to its original full capacity (and elegant appearance). All Energy has been responsive to us throughout the process, and they've been there when we really (really) needed them during the operational phase of the project. The entire team is well-informed, enormously helpful in explaining basic operation (and theory) as well as being generous with maintenance and monitoring tips. And they're both enthusiastic and energetic supporters of alternate energy production and are solidly behind not only helping the customer but helping the planet. What more can we say? We've been delighted with All Energy and are already contemplating adding to our system and would highly recommend the company and its very competent team of people. All Energy is like sunshine.
