I contacted Astrum in July 2014 and signed up contract by August 2014. My installation was done in March 2015. That's only dissappoint with them. They reimburse me for 3 months delay from their promise date but that was too small and I didn't expect it. Otherwise, great team they have with sales person, project engineer, installation crew. I recommend Direct energy for their competitive price (that I found). I also noticed they have more benefit that they were Astrum. So good with new clients.
