I started the process with AllEnergy Solar in Dec. 2014. The initial system was a 9.9kW application for the Made in Minnesota program. AllEnergy put the full design together and submitted it for me. Unfortunately, I was not one of the lucky 20% to be selected, so AllEnergy turned around a 8.4kW design meeting the requirements of the Xcel Solar Rewards program. When a panel shortage surfaced, AllEnergy was quick to inform me that they could substitute a comparable panel and turned around a new design in short order. Later when I noticed a part of the garage roof where the system was to be installed, would be shaded, they again turned around a design that avoided the issue. Being an engineer, I researched the components they specified and found that they were using high quality components and one of the best inverter systems out there (SolarEdge). The install teams were very professional and patient in explaining various aspects of the installation. Project coordinator, Maria, was especially helpful and prompt in getting my many questions answered. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the end result and looking forward to many years of no electricity bill and instead a check from them for the excess power that the system will generate.
