Poor Customer Service

We recently had our solar installed in June of 2015. We were told that we would get a call to have a date set up to have an inspection done with the county and a fidelity rep to have everything signed off, which would then allow us to have a meter put in. Well here we are, it is September and we have had three separate occasions when the inspector from the county showed up but Fidelity was a no show. Now I know life happens, but we were never contacted, we have spoken to three different persons who have said they will look into it but we never gat a call back. This is a huge commitment, to partner with a company in this manner. Are we supposed to trust that in the future if we have a problem with the system that someone will show up to manage the problem. <br />I feel very uneasy having had this system put in. I would like to have the system removed from my roof and would like to be repaid the money we have already paid on the loan fidelity set us up with. Yes they got paid for the job.
