We set up a plan July 15th. The agent was nice but left us hanging after calling him for updates. We found out he had a family emergency when he finally got back to us. We understood and felt for him. Then we had trouble with the bank loan I found out by calling several times and e-mailing. It's now August 26th and nobody is responding to my e-mails or phone calls? I was left having to assume we couldn't get financed and wasted a month on this. Our house is a manufactured home maybe that was the problem but my problem was being left in the dark and no one getting back to me.
