Revision installed a Fujitsu 18k(Heat) 14.5k (Cool) Heat pump for us last year (2014).<br />The installation was done ahead of schedule, took only part of one day and a very short time the 2nd day to complete.<br />Everyone with whom I dealt at Revision was very knowledgeable and professional!<br />The unit does exactly what we expected of it, and then some; both summer and winter. We really like the "Dry" mode for when the temperature is not too high, but the humidity makes it muggy and uncomfortable. We set it on "Dry" and the house remains very comfortable. <br /><br />Both the evaporator (inside the house) and the compressor (outside the house) are almost silent, even when it is very hot (95 f), or very cold (0 f). We were not here when the temperature dropped below 0 f., but I will update after this winter.<br />My only issue, and it is minor, was when they ran the cover for the refrigerant lines it was not plumb, so I wanted to move the line, strictly for aesthetic reasons, and Revision gladly supplied the cover parts I needed to make the adjustment. As I said it was minor.<br /><br />Overall, we are very pleased with the unit and with Revision! In fact, I plan to use Revision to install a solar panel array for us next year.<br /><br />I would strongly recommend them to my friends.
