From the very first consultation to the instructional review after install, we cannot express enough how pleased we have been with the entire process. Every member of the New England Clean Energy staff took the time to explain every step and answer every question. <br /><br />Rick in Sales took time to thoroughly explain how the system would work, clearly explained all the paper work required and took care of all the details. <br />The install crew was always timely and super professional. We have worked with many work crews in the past and NECE's crew by far exceeded our expectations in terms of their courtesy and their attention to detail.<br />And Jonathan walked through the whole system with us and answered every question. <br /><br />We have been "live" with our system for more than a month now and could not be more pleased with the system and the experience. New England Clean Energy made it so easy by taking care of all the details. In the midst of very busy and demanding daily lives, we have been so pleased by how supportive the team has been and how easy they made the entire process.<br /><br />We have been and continue to sing their praises to everyone we know.
