ReVision was great every step of the way. Installation was very smooth, workers polite. The electrician had to do extra work to make room for our expanded panel in a 200 year-old basement and was very thorough - I did not have to pay extra for his carpentry work. <br /><br />We used the maximum space on our roof for 20 panels and were advised that this would be more than we needed. ReVision suggested we add a mini-split heat pump in the equation but that 20 panels might not quite cover that. we opted for the system and have been thrilled with it. Since we don't use it for air conditioning in the summer much at all, we have essentially the perfect amount of electricity. Only problem is we would love to power an electric car off the system and that won't be possible due to our limited space, though we may expand at some point.<br /><br />I've had no need for followup service, so i can't comment on that.
