Brightstar made the process seemless. Their prices were in line with the other vendors. There customer service skills were the determining factor for me. Any procedural delays were promptly communicated. They were easy to get hold of for questions. They were almost always accessible by phone and email. If i left a message, it was returned very quickly. The workers were great, clean, no mess. If the monitoring system is down, they let know. At tax time, the information was promptly and clearly provided. The system works and looks great.<br />The State and Federal incentives influenced my decision, given the price of the system.
