Poor Execution and Operations

I want to start off by stating the only reason that they get 2 stars is because the sales process was smooth. The installation process has not been. The day of our scheduled installation I received a call stating they were put on a call to fix something and would be there shortly (this was mid morning). Of course, we had taken off the day to ensure someone was here so they could do the electrical. No-one showed up until after 3pm and they proceeded to tell me that after drilling one hole, they couldn't do anymore because it was "too late." The operations manager actually told me his guys were walking off the job even though he was telling them to stay. We arranged for them to come put the panels on the following day and electric Saturday. The following day arrived and no-one ever came. Rather then the operations manager calling me back, he had the lead technician do it. Thus to say, we still do not have solar.
