We finished our install and a refund check arrived in the mail from Black Platinum. The price of the newer inverters was less than they originally got quoted so they were refunding the difference. We never expected anything like this. We had signed a contract for a set amount. This was exceptional customer service.<br /><br />John always called back and returned emails promptly even when we were in a rush to get started.<br /><br />They only use the best possible materials, including the mounts, panels and inverters.<br /><br />John answered any and all of our questions clearly and patiently. <br /><br />He and his crew have been exceptional in every way from the first contact to a year and a half after the install.<br /><br />We are so pleased with our system. Too bad that we can't find exceptional companies like this for other aspects of our lives.<br /><br />We can't say enough about how terrific they are!!! We looked at reviews before buying and Black Platinum Solar was the only one with good or great reviews and nothing negative. Now we understand why.
