No savings after solar install & so trouble with billing

After having solar installed, I still paid more than before I had solar. Yet, this is spring. Imagine what my bill would be like in hot summer. I'm in a desert and pretty much in the sunshine most of the time. My solar should be produced at their high peak so why my bill is still higher than before I had solar. Also, I'm always having trouble with the bill. Either they sent me the reminder attached with the past bill and not the current. Then, when you called they blamed on the billing department. Moreover, I didn't understand how they calculated or came up with the amount owed on the bill. I'd like to see my bill or know how much I owed before money is taken from my account. I was not happy with this solar company. This was my biggest mistake I ever made in my life. Whoever think of solar install on your roof, please think carefully.
