Quality System to invest in

As in most people thinking of switching to a solar system, I was skeptical at first. I did the review of Lease vs. Purchase with a fair amount of vendors and decided to stay with local merchants and went with New England Clean Energy of Hudson,MA. After dealing with a Sales Rep who since left the company, My wife and I were represented by Lacey Ayres who had took over where the previous rep left off and continued the design, optional equipment and system layout to what our home needed. Since we had a all "Electric" residence, our concerns were to get self sufficent without a huge draw from National Grid. We came up with a design, purchase options that would not break the bank, and target dates that would get us going as soon as we could.
So then the winter came...and guess what got delayed...

After setting up our 3 building system with a 38 panel design, we had the installation crew begin their work. Nothing but professional installation. With the permitting issues that arose, we only incountered a few issues that were addressed and resolved. Jonathan Williams kept on track with the system install and when we were finally ready to get to the point of power production, came in and went thru the operation of the "things to know" and prepped us for our power needs. Upon getting the go ahead to start our system, Our monthly bill from Grid was in Jan $500+, $490+ in Feb and when we had the system running for the first month it plummeted to $135 for March and expect the April bill to be much lower than that. The more sun the more savings...

The whole operation at New England Clean Energy was extremely helpful and professional. I'm glad we took the time to invest locally and it did pay off.

Regards,

Mike and Kim Barry
Leominster,MA
