After sales support is horrible

Panels were installed in my house 4 months + ago. I am still waiting to have the system operating. It has been practically impossible to get straight/honest answers from people in the company. I get canned excuses and apologies. The so called "district manager" does not return messages...I have checked with neighbors and their experience has been the same. <br />The worst service experience I've had with a supposedly "serious" company!
