Run Far Away From This Company

Like others mentioned, these people do not have the slightest idea what customer service is. It is now a year after we signed the contract (we've been very patient) to have solar panels installed and running and we've been told one thing after another and all they say is we'll get back with you. I am so sick of this company and their many excuses. The kicker is that a month ago our service was finally turned on and ran for 2 weeks, then suddenly, without notification, it was turned off. I contacted Vivint after a week that it was off, still no one called us, and they explained that Edison did not approve it yet. Who is running the show over there.. arg.. Please if you are interested in solar, go as far as possible from this horrible company, unless you wish to be frustrated beyond belief!
