My Solar Satisfaction and not happy with billing

I like going green thanks to Vision Solar and Sunnova. I noticed by monthly bills have been lower but then I we haven't and really hot weather yet. I am looking towards a lot lower summer bills.<br /><br />The only thing I am not happy with is billing. The second statement didn't show what the amount was. AND I had to call quite a few times before I actually got a bill emailed to me thanks to Ray (281-417-0831)for all the phone calls he made on my behalf. The other thing is that my second bill amount was not what I calculated (power used times rate). The first bill was correct. How do you come up with a total owed? I did not get my bill until way after the amount was taken out of my account. I don't want the amount be taken out until I know what I owe for each month. Also, I would like to be able to go on line and print my bill monthly like I do with all my bills. I believe you need to come up with a better way to bill and how a customer is able to receive bills. Please come up with better ways to bill and how a customer receives bills.<br /><br />Thank you<br /><br />P.S. for the next questions, shouldn't there be an option that says "solar"?
