I started with the Big Box store partners and realized that speaking with a sales person 3K miles away and a subcontractor kind of in may area wasn't the way to go. Too cookie cutter. I then went regional and felt Solargaines asked the right questions and catered to my needs the way I would if I were them. They recommended and described the system we agreed fit my requirements in detail, remarked regarding the various incentives from the Fed and State Govs. Detailed what I believe was the best combination of panels and inverters on the market within the targeted price. The Solar Gaines team followed through to completion, initiated all the various permits applications to solar credits , power company connections , bla bla bla.... all of them, kept me up to date until completed. Even returned to move and reroute conduit that didn't meet my absolute satisfaction , but could have been OK with other customers. Anyway Good people (Colin, Mike, Sara) and the rest of the team. Solid company. Would or will use them again if I get another property.
