Installation took MONTHS longer than anticipated. The problems initially started with the company not being able to figure out where our inverter was located. When the installer came out, the pre-inspection for the installation had not provided accurate information and the installation needed to be modified. In the installers defense, they were subcontracted by Home Depot. Some of the issues were related to problems with Home Depot`s distribution methods. The installers themselves were very good. They did have some problems coordinating with PG&E (big surprise), but eventually they were able to complete the job. <br />
