John Black, from Black Platinum cared enought about me as his customer to get involved with my install, when my first contractor turned out to be unreputable, untrained, and hired unskilled workers to install my Solar System. The system was never activated, because I had no grounding, the wiring was done wrong,the racking was installed inproperly and I had some brackets holding my solar panels barely touching the panel. I had water in conduit which contained electrical wiring and no lightening arrestors. Mr. Black and his crew removed my entire solar system and redid the whole thing. He had my roof resealed, installed the racking per manufacturers specifications, removed the conduit and ran the wiring though my attic.<br />Mr. Black reistalled my system and I couldn`t be happier. Because of all of the problems I had Enphase threw in the Envoy for me. John added more panels and now my electric bill is the minimum for ED3. I am so very thankful for John and I wouldn`t hire anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
